Does taking iron pills cause acne and how to get rid of whiteheads acne

Well, I hope you don't complain amount the time it would take to get rid of acne using my system considering that most acne treatment products / program would most of the time take at least 2 months before you can see any improvement.
Now, it kind of works the same way with acne sufferers... what helps one acne sufferer, doesn't always mean it'll help all the other acne sufferers. That's why some creams and lotions will work for a certain percentage of acne sufferers, but not all. Same with using drugs to fight acne. For some, it'll work, but not all... Same with supplements...helps some, not all.
- Try not to "pop the zit". Squeezing acne produces sebum which in turn spreads and increases it. Squeezing also has another affect. When pimples are squeezed, the membrane under the skin is disrupted and the sebum gets open passage to spread. This increases the acne.
